Ideate
This phase is all about the creative direction, sharing insights, visual inspiration, and mood boards. We develop a strategic vision for your mannequins – from innovative forms and finishes to poses that represent your brand.
3D renders of your mannequins give you a 360-degree perspective for precise size guides and body metrics to align seamlessly with your customers' aspirations.
Prototype
Once the creative direction is set, we craft a mini mannequin model, providing a tangible representation of the collection's vision. This ‘mannequette’ helps refine poses, clustering and style, as well as colours and material finishes.
Fine-tuning the design, we transition to a 3D printed or sculpted full-sized prototype. This allows you to dress your garments and make any final adjustments – ensuring the final product aligns seamlessly with your vision and practical needs.
Produce
Once you approve the prototype, we develop and produce the complete collection. You receive manufacturing timelines and information about how we safeguard and control quality during this important phase.
When your mannequins are ready, we deliver them to your stores. We also train your staff in how to assemble, dress and take care of the mannequins – offering a smooth and successful process, from discovery to display.
